You just import in the world_gen.txt file from your /data/init (I think!) directory, check all the boxes on the left to make PerfectWorldDF control those aspects of the world, fiddle around with brushes and noise fields and parameters and whatnot, then save/export it back into your Dwarf Fortress folder and access your perfect world from within the game. Right on the first post in the thread, I believe, there's a quick guide to making a world with hundreds of fluxy volcanoes, which is basically impossible without the program.įortunately, for something even remotely related to Dwarf Fortress, PerfectWorldDF is insanely intuitive.
